How much does your service cost?

At DeGigs, creating your artist profile and managing your music project is completely free. We only charge fees when a booking is confirmed or when cancellation policies are activated. Our service fees allow us to keep building the best possible experience on the platform.

Cancellations: we typically respond within 24 hours during business days. Standard refund requests: 3–5 business days. Complex disputes: 3–5 business days.

How do I register as an artist?

To register you just have to go to the "JOIN FREE" link, fill in your details, and complete the verification process. That's it — you'll be ready to perform your first gig.

How do I create my profile?

Go to the "JOIN FREE" area, fill in your details, and then create your first music project in the "MY PROJECTS" section. Once it's live, your project will be online and ready to receive event proposals.

How can I search for an artist?

On the homepage you'll find three ways to discover artists. The fastest is the homepage filter, where you can type a name or filter by category, music type, set type, price, country and city. The second option is the "FIND ARTISTS" menu, with every existing electronic music genre and every active artist on the platform. The third option is to browse the sections at the bottom of the homepage — "most popular" and "top genres" — where the best artists are featured.

Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime — no refund for the current month. Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund for unused months. Downgrade: takes effect immediately, with the credit applied to future billing.
